Requirements & references
What you'll need to service an Arise client program from home, plus a few words from people already doing it.
Computer & software
- Windows 10 or 11 PC (Windows 11 preferred), 4–8GB of RAM
- A desktop with 1 or 2 monitors is strongly recommended. All-in-one computers, tablets, netbooks, dual-boot machines, and Chromebooks aren't supported.
Internet & phone
- Wired ethernet connection, at least 10mbps download and 10mbps upload, with 20GB of free disk space
Workspace
- A quiet room, free of background noise
- A good USB headset with a clear mic and noise cancellation - we recommend Jabra
Eligibility
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must reside in any of the Canadian provinces
- Pass a standard criminal check
